Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th of September will take place the “European Days of Patrimony”, created by the European Council in 1991 with the aim to strengthing and helping the dialogue between European countries with regards to the culture.
The “MiBAC” will join the event with the theme “Italy treasure of Europe” and will organize initiatives in all Italy to emphasize and give evidence to the themes of Italian’s patrimony and culture, with the aim of sharing the common continental roots which join all the European countries.
For two days Italy is going to become a big theatre open to everyone.
It will presents its history, culture and beauty and gives value to a common European identity.
For this event, the Art School of Terni is going to presents an extremely interesting editorial project: the picture collection “40 di maestro Igor Borozan”, which represents 40 years of life lived for and inside art.
Igor grew up and played surrounded by colours and brushes in his father atelier.
A pictorial tradition that goes on for one hundred years in his family that has been handed down with loving passion.
An intense and emotional “Diary” describing the work of an artist who in his ecliptic career was able to blend both East and West Europe in a multicultural contest.
The monograph describes and explains the artistic growth which began in East Europe in the Eighties and then moved to the West passing through the cities of Rome, Zurich and Madrid in 2008.
It can be considered as a really important territorial and temporal crossing and a contemporary and artistic demonstration of “making art” at the passing of two centuries.
There are forty-one selected works, realized in seven differents cities.
Colours, installations and art-performance are collected in this volume, which is characterised by an extraordinary storyboard, created with brilliant curiosity and unceasing experimentation.
Sarajevo, Cetijnie, Roma, Zurigo, Terni, Perugia, Madrid: an internal trip in the spiritual maze impressed on canvas and paper by time and a wise hand.
A self discovered and protected is the vibrant testimony of change.
The Master uses an easy, immediate and authentic language, and his artistic concepts are complete, coherent and crafty.
The collection is a meaningful anthology describing a career devoted to study, experimentation and formation of new talents.
In 2008 Borozan was awarded the International “San Valentino d’oro per l’Arte”.
His merit is a revolutionary didactical method used in the Art School of Terni, which is under his direction.
He is considered a controversial and nonconformist person who distinguish himself through his extreme and faithful dedication to his work
A praise that we can offer to this young talent is that this collection will be studied and considered as an inspiration for other artists.
The presentation of this volume of photograph will take place at the Art School of Terni the 26th September at 11 a.m.
